Emily Ontiveros, PT/Owner

Emily has been a physical therapist since 2005.  She received a masters of Physical therapy from University of Florida.  Emily has since worked in the pediatric population in the outpatient and home health environment.  She has an extreme amount of passion for the work that she does and is constantly motivated to challenge herself and the kids that she works with. Emily has received training in MNRI and utilizes this resource when working with children with a variety of medical diagnosis and those in the foster care system.  In addition, she has specialized training in aquatic therapy, particularly with children with complex medical diagnosis. Originally from Georgia, Emily enjoys the people and activities of Austin and the surrounding communities and spending time with her family. 

 
 

Cynthia Laboy, Administrative Director

Cynthia Laboy is originally from Los Angeles. She received her degree in Child Development from California State University- Los Angeles. She moved to Texas in 2009. Cynthia has worked as a social worker in CA and as an Early Intervention Supervisor in TX. She is fluent in Spanish and French. When not working, Cynthia enjoys traveling, being with her family, and exploring new places

 
 

Kristin Horn, PT, DPT/Lead Therapist

Kristin has been a Physical Therapist since 2008. She received a Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University- Houston. She has since worked in outpatient orthopedics and pediatrics working in outpatient settings, schools, early intervention, and home health in Texas, New York, and Virginia. Kristin has received specific trainings in Kinesio Taping (levels 1-3), Total Muscle Release Tots and Teens (level 1), and is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor Program (level 1). She has additional interests and training in aquatic therapy, sensory integration techniques, and experience with adaptive equipment and orthotics. Kristin has experience working with a wide variety of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and chromosomal disorders; children with complex medical conditions; and children with developmental delay. She enjoys learning new treatment techniques and challenging herself. When not working, Kristin enjoys camping, cooking, swimming, reading, being a Girl Scout mom and leader, and exploring new places with her family.

 
 
 

Morgan Reyna, PT, DPT

Morgan grew up in Georgetown, Tx and graduated from Georgetown High School in 2017. She attended Baylor University quickly after where she competed on their acrobatics and tumbling team and earned her BS in Health Science Studies in 2020. She then returned to Baylor where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 with experience treating all ages and diagnoses in multiple settings. Morgan has worked with children as a competitive cheer coach since she was in high school, and greatly enjoys working with the pediatric population as a physical therapist. During Morgan's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their 2 dogs, as well as coaching tumbling and competitive cheerleading. Morgan and Jordan love all things Disney and love traveling as much as they can!

 
 

Angela McCaughey, PTA

Angela has been a PTA since 2009, actively working with the pediatric and geriatric populations in many settings. She is a firm believer that therapy only begins with therapists, it works best when family, friends, and community are included for interactive support and encouragement. She graduated from Austin Community College in August of 2009 and has since worked within home health, skilled nursing, and assisted/independent living facilities. Angela regularly volunteers with local children's festivals and crafting activities. She belongs to two local quilt guilds, that regularly provide education for the community, as well as create and donate quilts for children's, veteran's, and nursing home charities. She greatly enjoys quilting, baking, raising dart frogs, riding her motorcycle cross country, folding origami, and spending time with her friends and family.

 
 

Ashley Holder, PTA

Ashley Holder has been a licensed PTA since July 2016. She is a McKenzie Part A and B certified for treating low back pain, thoracic and neck pain. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin for my undergraduate degree majoring in Kinesiology (study of science of movement) with a minor in Educational Psychology in 2011; and graduated from ACC with my associate’s of science degree for physical therapist assistant degree in 2016. She has experience working in both adult orthopedics and pediatrics. Ashley loves working with kids and really enjoys doing aquatic therapy. In her free time ,you can find Ashley hiking, swimming in any body of water, working out, going to any UT sporting event, listening to live music (particularly Texas country) and spending time with friends and family. Ashley is a native Austinite and a huge longhorn fan. Hook ‘em horns y’all!

 
 

Beth Espinosa, PTA

Beth has been a licensed PTA since July 2012. She graduated from Austin Community College in May 2012 and has since worked in pediatrics and adult populations. Beth has experience working with developmental delay, Torticollis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, chromosomal disorders, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Beth enjoys working with children of all ages to help them learn to move and play to the best of their abilities. She especially loves teaching infants how to roll, sit and crawl. In her free time she enjoys listening to live music, hiking and checking out new restaurants.

 
 

Hoa Luu, MOT, LOTR

Hoa received her Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State in 2004. She then received her Master of Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State Health Sciences Center in 2007. She has extensive experience evaluating and treating individuals with a wide range of disabilities and conditions across the lifespan and a variety of settings including, but not limited to inpatient rehab, day neuro, school-based, and pediatric outpatient settings. She has specialized trainings in Masgutova NeuroSensory Reflex Integration (MNRI): Ready Bodies, Learning Minds; Handwriting Without Tears; Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF); and Neuro-Ifrah; Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT). She is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana originally, and recently moved with her family Texas. When not working, Hoa enjoys reading and spending time with family, and exploring what Texas has to offer.

 
 

Amy Narkiewicz, COTA

Amy has been a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant since 2001. She is a Graduate from North Central Texas College with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She has experience in both geriatric and pediatric settings. The past 14 years specializing in outpatient pediatrics. She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions including sensory integration, developmental delays, self regulation, decreased fine motor skills, handwriting, feeding problems, and neurological conditions. She loves working with children and their families especially celebrating all the accomplishments they made both big and small. She is trained in the SOS feeding approach and DIR Floortime. In her free time Amy enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog Cassius.

 
 

Bethany Tackett, OTR/L

Bethany has been and Occupational Therapist since 2013. She received a master’s degree of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. She has extensive experience working in pediatric and adult neuro rehabilitation. Bethany has completed specialized training, program development, and research studies in Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT). She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), and has pursued specialized learning in sensory processing, Kinesio-taping, and visual skills deficits, and has applied this to her practice. Bethany is passionate about walking with children and their families as they develop and encounter each new milestone. Her desire is to provide care and support that leads to the greatest amount of freedom and participation for all. Bethany is originally from Kansas, but has recently relocated to Texas with her husband. In her free time, Bethany enjoys cooking, photography, and all the outdoor activities the Texas hill country has to offer. 

 
 

Hannah Disreli, OTR/L

Hannah grew up in Austin and graduated with her bachelors degree from Texas A&M University in 2015 and received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from Abilene Christian University in 2017. Since then she has been working with children and adults in a variety of settings including outpatient pediatrics, school-based, home health, nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities. She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions including sensory integration challenges, fine motor challenges, feeding problems, neurological conditions, and orthopedic conditions. She has specialized training in ADHD, sensory integration, adaptive equipment, assistive technology for children and is certified in pediatric kinesiotaping. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, hiking, running, and spending time with friends, family, and her puppy.

 
 

Brittney DeFranco, OTR/L

Brittney has been a licensed OT since 2021. She received her master’s degree of Occupational Therapy from University of St. Augustine in Austin, Tx. In 2023, she became a Certified Primitive Reflex Specialist (CPRS). She has spent her time working with kids of all ages. She has experience working with self regulation, fine motor and sensory processing deficits. In Brittney's free time, she also enjoys traveling, exploring Austin with her dog and everything Disney!

 
 

Meagan Dolieslager, M.S., CCC-SLP

Meagan has been a practicing speech-language pathologist for over 8 years. Meagan received her Bachelors in Communication Sciences from the University of North Texas in 2009, worked for 2 years as a speech therapist assistant and then received her Masters of Science from Stephen F Austin State University in 2013. She has background working in ABA (behavioral therapy) clinics and has worked in the public school system, home health as well as in outpatient and private clinics working as a pediatric and adult speech therapist. Meagan has specialized training in ABA, fluency, augmentative and alternative communication, LSVT (LOUD certified), PECS (picture exchange communication system) and early intervention. She has knowledge and experience working with those with a mix of delays and disorders that include: fluency, language, articulation, apraxia, cognitive, motor speech, autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, Parkinson’s, stroke and more. When not in the clinic, Meagan enjoys her native hometown of Austin, taking her dog to the lake, traveling internationally, working out and catching live music any chance she can get. 

 
 

Ashley Neves, M.S, CCC-SLP

Ashley graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May of 2020, and most recently received her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University in 2021. Her main objectives include improving the communication of patients in more effective and functional modes through a devoted and innovative environment. She has worked with the adult and pediatric population in clinical, hospital and school settings with the following delays and disorders: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia, Dysphagia, Down syndrome, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, early childhood intervention, communication disorders, articulation, language, voice disorders, behavioral challenges, and various other areas. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys reading novels. cooking/baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!

 
 

Ashley Ruthven, M.S, CCC-SLP

Ashley is a native Texan and grew up near San Antonio. She attended Texas State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2018. She loved it so much that she decided to stay and received a Master’s in Communication Disorders with a focus in neurogenic, voice, and swallowing disorders in 2020. Ashley holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has experience serving both pediatric and adult populations in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, and home health. Ashley is passionate about serving others and ensuring functional communication for every child. When she’s not treating patients, she stays busy spending time with her husband and chasing around her toddler son!

 
 

Olivia Bond, M.S, CCC-SLP

Olivia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Oklahoma, and her Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas. She has worked in the pediatric outpatient clinic setting since 2020. She has experience working with kids of all ages, and evaluating and treating a variety of delays and disorders including articulation, phonology, auditory processing, Down’s syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, receptive and expressive language, developmental delay, fluency, and pragmatic language. Olivia is from Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner), but recently moved to Austin with her husband. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing pickleball, and being outdoors.

 
 

Ana Cristina Santillan, MS, CCC-SLP

Ana Cristina grew up in Ciudad Juarez, Chih., and is a fluent bilingual Spanish and English speaker. She earned her bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University, and her master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Emerson College in 2021. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Assocation and has experience working in an ABA (behavioral therapy) school and private clinic working as a pediatric speech therapist. She has experience working with kids of all ages and evaluating and treating a variety of delays and disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alternative and Augmentative Communication, behavioral challenges, receptive and expressive language delay, pragmatic language and articulation. In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, cooking, baking and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

 
 

Siobhan Marcucci, MS, CCC-SLP

Siobhan grew up in Round Rock, Texas.  She graduated from the University of Texas with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  Shortly after graduation, she returned to UT to complete leveling courses in Speech-Language Pathology. Siobhan worked as Speech Assistant for about 6 years before receiving her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Woman’s University.  Siobhan has been working in the field for a total of 12 years.  She grew up in a bilingual home and is a native Spanish speaker.  She has experience working with apraxia and motor speech disorders, feeding difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, social-pragmatic language disorders, receptive-expressive language disorders, stuttering, and the bilingual population.  Siobhan is trained in Introduction to PROMPT Technique, Bridging PROMPT Technique to Intervention, SOS Approach to Feeding, and Feed the Peds Feeding and Myofunctional Therapy.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for runs, and trying new restaurants

 
 

Kasey Heitzmann, MS, CCC-SLP

Kasey has been a speech-language pathologist since 2019. She studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Missouri and received her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University. She has had experience working with children of all ages with a variety of different abilities and diagnoses. Kasey has worked in various settings including pediatric therapy clinics, early childhood settings, and schools in Texas and Missouri. Her favorite things about being an SLP are the relationships she gets to build with kids and their families and watching kids grow in confidence as they learn to communicate and connect with others. In her free time, Kasey enjoys doing all things outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

 
 

Arianna Trujillo, Scheduling Coordinator

Arianna is originally from the Phoenix area, until she moved to Texas in 2017. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University this spring 2023 with her Bachelor's of Science in Public Health, minoring in Psychology. While not at work, she loves to try new restaurants and go shopping! 

 
 

Stanci Schroeder, Billing Specialist

Stanci was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from Taylor High School in 2000. She has worked in the billing industry for the last 6 years. When she is not at work she likes to spend time with her kids, go to dinner and the movies and hanging out with her family and friends.
